Even remotely, the communication is strong. We collaborate constantly—through tickets, calls, testing sessions, cross‑department projects. There’s a culture of checking in, sharing knowledge, and supporting each other. You never feel like you’re on an island; you feel like part of a team that’s rowing in the same direction. 

Though I do not see my coworkers everyday, I definitely feel connected to them: We are daily connected with each other virtually via casual and work-related chats, and there is annual opportunities to get to see each other via the gatherings. Furthermore, there are several team meetings per month, where participation is encouraged. Management is always kindly surveying us to see what things can be improved with our workflows. Though you may be physically not present with your team all the time, you are definitely heard and welcomed everyday.
